What To Expect
Trying yoga for the first time or visiting a new studio can be a little daunting, but our comfortable, relaxing studio with classes guided by well-trained, compassionate teachers will put you right at ease. You are welcome to come to a weekly drop-in class or enroll in our Foundations of Yoga course (a 6-week course that covers the basics.)
Classes
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
- Arrive 10 minutes early to check-in.
- Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat or you can borrow one of ours.
HONOR OUR SPACE
- Silence your cellphone.
- Remove your shoes before coming in to the studio.
