Welcome to Trailhead where Yoga is a way of life. We use the postures of the body, techniques with the breath, and support for the mind to enable you to feel balanced and at ease. The goal of Yoga is to remove pain and suffering in all aspects of our being.

The word “Yoga” means union. It is the joining together of body, breath, mind, and spirit in each moment. This is hard to do! That is why it is called a practice.

Whatever your physical, emotional, mental, energetic goals are we can show you how Yoga can help you.

No matter your age, fitness level, or body type, you will feel welcome in our studio. Explore the widest variety of yoga taught by highly-trained teachers.

What To Expect

Trying yoga for the first time or visiting a new studio can be a little daunting, but our comfortable, relaxing studio with classes guided by well-trained, compassionate teachers will put you right at ease. You are welcome to come to a weekly drop-in class or enroll in our Foundations of Yoga course (a 6-week course that covers the basics.)

Our Foundation I series is an enrollment especially for beginners.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to check-in.
  • Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat or you can borrow one of ours.
