Ayurveda is the knowledge of life…not all life everywhere…but the knowledge of YOUR life. According to this ancient art and science of health, each of us has a unique combination of the elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) that combine into three doshas (kapha, pitta, vata). In working with an Ayurvedic practitioner you discover your unique constitution based on these elements, and other lifestyle factors, to determine nutrition and lifestyle choices that are appropriate for your unique body/mind.
I am here to help you remove any barriers to your health and well-being!
An important goal of Ayurveda is to identify a person’s unique prakruti – ideal state of balance, determine patterns of imbalance (vikruti), and offer guidance in the best diet, herbs, aromatherapy, cleansing, massage treatments, music, yoga and meditation to reestablish inner balance and harmony.
My guidance includes nutrition, herbs, astrology, cleansing, yoga, pranayama, meditation, five-sense therapy, Vedic counseling, energy work, exercise programs and tailored guidance.
